Little Rock, AR – A mild fall day is on tap for Arkansas this Sunday, with the National Weather Service in Little Rock forecasting pleasant daytime highs in the mid to upper 60s across much of the state before a gradual cooldown overnight.
According to the NWS temperature outlook, cities including Little Rock, Hot Springs, and Monticello will see afternoon highs between 65°F and 68°F on Sunday, while northwestern areas such as Harrison and Mountain View will remain slightly cooler in the upper 50s to low 60s.
Temperatures will slowly dip into the mid- to upper-50s overnight into Monday morning, signaling the arrival of a cooler pattern expected to persist early in the week. Morning lows Monday will generally range from 52°F to 58°F statewide.
The forecast suggests mostly stable weather conditions, with no major storm systems expected during this 24-hour period. Residents can anticipate light winds, partly cloudy skies, and comfortable fall air through early Monday.
