The Arkansas River at Little Rock is forecasted to crest near flood stage by Monday. Drivers are urged to avoid water-covered roads and use alternate routes where necessary. Sunday’s high near 54°F with continued cloud cover will give way to sunnier skies Monday, but water levels remain a concern. Rain tapers off late tonight, followed by mostly clear skies and a high of 62°F Monday. Wind speeds will ease to 5 mph by afternoon.
