Little Rock, AR — Cooler-than-average temperatures will continue across Arkansas through Friday, bringing dry skies and mild daytime highs to much of the state, including the Little Rock metro.

According to the National Weather Service in Little Rock, temperatures are forecast to remain in the low 60s to mid-70s for daytime highs across central and southern Arkansas. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 40s and low 50s, with early morning hours likely to feel brisk in cities like Harrison, Conway, and Monticello.

Little Rock is expected to see highs in the mid-60s through midweek, warming slightly to near 72°F by Friday afternoon. Morning temperatures may dip to around 50°F, especially early Wednesday and Thursday.

Despite the cooler pattern, no significant rain is in the forecast. The state will continue to experience mostly dry weather, with minimal impacts to travel or school operations. Roads will remain clear, and no weather-related school closings are expected at this time.

Residents should dress in layers during morning hours and monitor updates for any late-week changes. While conditions are mild, the shift from warmer weekends to cooler weekdays could catch some off guard. Outdoor plans remain favorable through Friday statewide.
