A 20% chance of thunderstorms could arrive after 1 p.m., bringing lightning, gusty winds, and brief downpours — especially near major corridors like I-30 and I-630.
Friday night offers a brief break, with lows near 77°F under partly cloudy skies. But Saturday brings another 30% chance of storms after 1 p.m., coupled with highs near 96°F. Sunday pushes back into scorching territory, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 97°F. While overnight temps will hover in the high 70s, expect little relief from the heat.
