According to Arkansas State Police, Colt Ryder Brussel, age 8, and Bradley Browning Brussel, age 5, were last seen around 6 a.m. on September 20, 2025, at a residence on Wye Mountain Estate Loop in Bigelow. Authorities believe the children are with their father, Phillip Andrew Brussel, 39, who does not have custodial rights. Officials say the group may be traveling toward Florida.

Investigators describe Phillip Brussel as 6 feet tall, weighing 245 pounds, bald with a brown beard and hazel eyes. Police believe he is driving a red 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with Arkansas license plate number USAMVC1. The vehicle has a novelty plate on the front that reads: “SPOILED AND PROUD OF IT.” Authorities report the vehicle as stolen.

Colt is described as a white male, 4 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. Bradley is a white male, 3 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 60 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
