The NWS highlights that the heat risk will be most severe early in the week, but relief is on the way. By Thursday, a cold front is expected to push through from the north, bringing cooler temperatures and reducing the heat risk to minor levels by the end of the week.
For the weekend, temperatures are predicted to be around 94 degrees on Saturday and 96 degrees on Sunday, with sunny skies throughout. Monday and Wednesday will continue to see high temperatures, reaching 96 and 98 degrees respectively. The anticipated cold front will bring a chance of rain on Thursday, with temperatures dropping to a high of 88 degrees. By Friday, further cooling is expected, with temperatures around 84 degrees and a 55% chance of rain.
