Shreveport, LA – A dense fog advisory is in effect for northwest Louisiana, including Shreveport, until 10 a.m. Tuesday. Drivers on I-20 and I-49 should expect visibility below a quarter-mile, creating hazardous conditions for the morning commute.

According to the National Weather Service, dense fog is covering much of north Louisiana, southern Arkansas, and eastern Texas. Visibility will improve after 10 a.m. as the fog lifts, with sunny skies and a high near 74°F expected Tuesday afternoon.
