Flagstaff, AZ – Showers and thunderstorms are expected to return to Flagstaff later today, with the rain continuing through Saturday morning. Residents should prepare for light rain and cooler temperatures, dipping to 45°F tonight. Saturday will see a high of 61°F, with chances of very light snow on the highest mountain peaks.

According to the National Weather Service, precipitation amounts will remain low, but those in outdoor areas should be cautious. Drivers on I-40 and surrounding highways should expect wet roads and reduced visibility, especially during Friday night and early Saturday morning. Temperatures will gradually warm by Sunday, with highs reaching the low 70s next week.
