Warmer weather is forecasted starting Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 50 degrees. Mild conditions will continue through the weekend, with highs gradually rising to the low 50s. However, gusty winds are expected to return Thursday afternoon, potentially impacting travel and outdoor activities.
