Winds will be light in the morning before shifting south-southwest later in the day. By Tuesday night, rain chances rise to 90%, with possible thunderstorms and gusty winds up to 10 mph.

On Wednesday, morning showers may linger, followed by partly sunny skies and a high of 70°F. Winds will remain light but shift southeast throughout the day. Nighttime lows will drop to 53°F under partly cloudy conditions.

Thursday will bring another round of rain and possible thunderstorms, with an 80% chance of precipitation and gusty winds reaching up to 30 mph. Motorists on I-10 should be cautious, as showers could impact visibility and travel conditions.

Looking ahead to the weekend, skies will clear with temperatures warming into the mid-60s by Friday and Saturday. By Sunday, Phoenix will see mostly sunny skies with a high near 73°F, making for pleasant spring weather.
