KANKAKEE – At least five schools across Kankakee County announced early Monday afternoon moves to prepare for Winter Storms moving across the area.
According to the National Weather Service, up to 10 inches of snowfall is expected across areas of Northeastern Illinois.
KCC will close its facilities at 2 pm today, Feb. 15, through tomorrow, Feb. 16. This includes extension centers.
