Centennial, CO – Investigators in Arapahoe County are asking for the public’s help identifying three burglary suspects accused of causing more than $100,000 in damage to a Centennial restaurant after stealing copper pipes from its refrigeration system earlier this fall.

According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, the burglary happened around 4:30 a.m. on September 7, 2025, at Bono’s Pit BBQ in the 9300 block of East Dry Creek Road. Detectives say three males entered the back patio area, cut copper pipes from several cooling units, packed them into suitcases, and fled the scene. If caught, the suspects face charges of theft and criminal mischief.

Surveillance footage from a nearby RTD Light Rail Station shows the suspects wearing blue jeans and black hoodies. Investigators noted one suspect was wearing a red baseball cap, another had a blue plaid cap, and the third wore a black cap covered by a hoodie.

Authorities are urging anyone who may recognize the suspects or have information about the theft to contact the Arapahoe County Investigations Tipline at 720-874-8477. Callers can remain anonymous.
