Albuquerque, NM – New Mexico residents can expect continued dry, sunny weather with above-average temperatures through the weekend and into early next week, according to the National Weather Service in Albuquerque.
Forecasters say high temperatures across northern and central parts of the state will run 5–15 degrees above normal, with daytime highs ranging from the upper 60s to upper 70s. The mild stretch will also bring light winds and clear skies, making for pleasant outdoor conditions.
According to the 8–14 day precipitation outlook, areas including Albuquerque, Clayton, Roswell, and Farmington show a 70–80% chance of below-normal precipitation through mid-November. Meteorologists note only a low to moderate chance that the dry pattern could shift late next week.
While the weather remains stable, officials remind residents that prolonged dry periods can increase fire danger and encourage caution with outdoor burning.
