A traffic stop was initiated, and the operator was identified as Skylar Martell, 23, of Bristol, Vermont.
Authorities said deputies observed alleged signs of impairment during the stop. Field sobriety tests were conducted at the scene, after which Martell was placed under arrest for DUI. The arresting deputies were identified as Deputy Adam Bunde, Deputy Brittany Trudo, and Deputy Riley Benoit.
