Porter, New York – Authorities have released the identity of a motorcyclist killed in a crash in Niagara County, as investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, the fatal crash occurred Monday, April 27, around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Youngstown-Wilson Road and Dickersonville Road in the Town of Porter.
Officials identified the deceased motorcyclist as 34-year-old Steven J. Pflueger Jr., of Hamburg, New York. He was pronounced dead following the crash. The driver of the pickup truck involved in the collision was identified as 23-year-old Thomas Tower, of Niagara Falls, New York.
