Three Injured in Crash on US HWY 20 in Indiana

PORTER, Ind. — A dramatic collision involving three vehicles resulted in injuries to three individuals on US HWY 20 at Oak Hill Road this Wednesday afternoon. 

According to Chesterton police reports it began around 3:21 PM, Porter’s emergency services rushed to the scene. Initial findings reveal an eastbound minivan crashed into an SUV readying to turn onto Oak Hill Road. The impact pushed the SUV into an oncoming car in the opposite lane. 

While drugs or alcohol aren’t believed to be involved, the exact cause is still under investigation. Two of the injured were taken by Northwest Health EMS for further treatment
