Hobart, IN – Ariel Ginjauma Jr., who was charged with attempted murder among other felony counts, was arrested in El Paso, Texas.

Previously released on bond after a November 14, 2023, shooting incident in Hobart, Ginjauma failed to appear for his December court date, prompting a nationwide search.

His capture Thursday was the result of a joint operation between the U.S. Marshal’s Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in El Paso and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force.
