Gary, Indiana – Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred inside a grocery store on Malcolm X Drive on Monday night.
Gary Police responded to reports of shots fired around 7:30 p.m. at the store located in the 2100 block. Upon arrival, they discovered a deceased man inside. Witnesses reported that two individuals in the store had exchanged gunfire. The circumstances leading to the shooting are still unclear, and no arrests have been made.
