New Lenox, IL – The New Lenox VFW Post 9545 and the American Legion Post 1977 will host their annual Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday at 11 a.m. at Maplewood Cemetery, located at 100 Oak Drive.
According to the Village of New Lenox, the event is a public occasion intended to honor the men and women who died while serving the country. Attendees are encouraged to reflect and silently thank those who made the ultimate sacrifice. The community is welcome and urged to pass the word along to friends and family.
