Peoria, IL – Police Seek Public’s Assistance in Identifying Business Burglary Suspect

Peoria, IL – Police are calling on the public to help identify a suspect involved in a business burglary on Monday, April 8, 2024. 

According to police reports the incident occurred around 9:00 a.m. in the 5800 block of North Knoxville Avenue. Despite prompt response by Peoria Police Patrol Officers to the scene, the suspect had fled before their arrival. An extensive search in the area did not lead to the suspect’s capture. 

Investigators have since obtained a photograph of the suspect and are seeking assistance to identify him. The Peoria Police Department urges anyone with information regarding this case or any related investigation to contact them at 673-4521, or to submit tips anonymously through Tip411 or Crime Stoppers at 673-9000.
