Burbank, Illinois — A somber scene unfolded Tuesday evening when Burbank police were called to a residence on State Road at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers reportedly encountered a critical situation with a man entering the house shortly before multiple gunshots were heard. Inside, two men were found with gunshot wounds. One man was swiftly transported to Christ Hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment. Another man was pronounced dead at the scene.
