Baskin-Robbins has announced its newest Flavor of the Month, Chick’n & Waffles, which will be available starting March 1.

This innovative ice cream features buttermilk waffle flavored ice cream with crispy chick’n and waffle flavored bites drizzled in a bourbon maple syrup swirl. Despite its name, Chick’n & Waffles doesn’t contain any actual chicken, but it has been expertly crafted to mimic the taste of fried chicken. The flavor will be a must-try for traditional ice cream fans and adventurous eaters alike.

To celebrate the launch of Chick’n & Waffles, Baskin-Robbins is hosting its first-ever Bottomless Brunch on Tuesday, March 7 at its New York City location. Guests can enjoy free unlimited scoops of the new flavor between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. EST at the local Baskin-Robbins located at 1225 1st Ave., New York, NY. Baskin-Robbins is known for bringing innovative flavors to the market, and Hannah Suits, Director of Brand Marketing for Baskin-Robbins, said, “This flavor is a frozen twist on the iconic brunch dish, recreated in a deliciously deconstructed concept that is unique to our shops.”

Along with Chick’n & Waffles, Baskin-Robbins is also introducing a new cake called Get Egg-cited Cake, which will be available from March 26 through April 9. The cake is inspired by the pastel hues and patterns of Easter eggs and features playful sugar eggs, swirly tri-colored rosettes, frosting grass accents, and pastel confetti quins. Guests can customize the Get Egg-cited Cake with their favorite ice cream and cake flavors, making it the perfect addition to any springtime celebration.
