Nine Children on Board: School Bus Caught in Three-Vehicle Crash in Kendall County

KENDALL COUNTY – A mid-afternoon collision today involved a school bus with nine students on board. 

According to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 2:36 PM, emergency services were swift to arrive on the scene. All on the bus received immediate on-scene care, with no severe injuries reported. Of the two other vehicles, one driver was hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries while the other was treated at the scene. 

Preliminary investigations suggest the bus wasn’t the instigator. The Kendall County Sheriff’s Department’s investigation is still underway.
