Kankakee, IL – In anticipation of the 2024 swim season, the Kankakee Valley Park District is proactively organizing a lifeguard hiring event for Splash Valley Aquatic Park.
Open interviews scheduled at Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena, Friday, December 29th from 1-3pm and Wednesday, January 3rd from 4-7pm aiming to staff the upcoming season with skilled lifeguards. The event targets community members 15 years and older, marking the district’s effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for visitors.Â
Interested candidates are advised to bring identification to the interviews, with more information available through the facility manager, Zach Mullady.
