ORLAND PARK, IL – Get ready to relive the iconic sounds of the 90s as Orland Park unveils its highly anticipated concert series. Set against the backdrop of Centennial Park West, three sensational concerts on June 10, July 15, and August 19 will transport attendees back to the golden era of music.
Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau expressed his excitement, stating, “We can’t wait to bring these classic 90s sounds to our community. It’s a fantastic opportunity for everyone to enjoy the nostalgia and groove to the beats that defined an era.”
Kicking off the series on June 10, concertgoers will be treated to the electrifying performances of Southern Accents, a renowned Tom Petty tribute band, followed by the Beach Boys tribute band, Sounds of Summer. Closing out the night, Margarita World, a Jimmy Buffett and Alan Jackson tribute band, will transport audiences to the tropics with their infectious tunes.
On July 15, the stage will come alive with the sensational ABBA tribute band, Dancing Queen, followed by the high-energy band Too Much Molly. The night will reach its crescendo with ZBTB, a Zach Brown Band tribute act, delivering a captivating performance.
Wrapping up the series on August 19, concert attendees will be treated to the smooth yacht rock sounds of The Ron Burgundys, followed by the electrifying Stone Temple Pilots tribute band, Big Bang. Headlining the night, Iris, a Goo Goo Dolls tribute band, will serenade the crowd with their chart-topping hits.
Concert gates will open at 3:30 p.m., with the opening acts taking the stage at 4 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, outdoor essentials, and appetites, as local food vendors will be serving up delectable treats. Those aged 21 and above can indulge in alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
