Indianapolis, IN – A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for much of central and northern Indiana from 1 p.m. Wednesday until 4 a.m. Thursday, as snow and ice are expected to create hazardous travel conditions.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Indianapolis, mixed precipitation will bring up to three inches of snow and ice accumulations of up to a quarter-inch across affected areas, including Indianapolis, Lafayette, Muncie, Terre Haute, and Kokomo.
