According to the National Weather Service, a Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 6 a.m. Thursday, reducing visibility to a quarter-mile or less. Motorists should use low-beam headlights and maintain a safe following distance.
Friday will bring partly sunny skies with a high near 37°F, followed by increasing cloud cover Friday night. Rain is likely Saturday afternoon, with a 70% chance of precipitation and possible snowfall accumulation of a quarter-inch. Winds could reach 17 mph, making travel more hazardous.
The weekend will end with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the mid-30s. Looking ahead, Monday and Tuesday bring chances of snow with highs hovering around freezing.
