Dodge City, KS – Light rain and patchy fog will move through western and central Kansas overnight before clearing out for a sunny weekend. Warmer temperatures are in store, with highs reaching the mid-60s by Saturday afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service in Dodge City, light rain will continue through 2 a.m. before drier conditions settle in. Patchy fog in south-central Kansas may reduce visibility to half a mile or less, especially along the Larned-to-Medicine Lodge corridor. Drivers should proceed with caution on highways, particularly I-70 and U.S. 83.
By Saturday, skies will clear, with highs around 64°F and light southwest winds. Sunday will be similar, bringing mostly sunny skies and temperatures near 65°F. Overnight lows will hover in the low 30s.
