Kankakee, IL – Kankakee has launched its third annual toy drive in partnership with Toys for Tots, aimed at spreading holiday cheer to local children. This year’s drive invites residents to donate new, unwrapped toys at drop-off points across the city, including all Kankakee fire stations.
The city encourages community participation, noting that even small donations can make a difference in brightening a child’s holiday. According to city officials, donation boxes will remain available until December 6, offering residents multiple weeks to participate in the giving season.
Donors are encouraged to act soon, as the December 6 deadline approaches. The city hopes that widespread involvement will make this year’s toy drive the most successful one yet.
