Ohio Valley – The Ohio Valley will experience unseasonably warm and sunny weather to start the week, with highs reaching the mid to upper 70s across the region. Some locations may even hit 80 degrees today, as clear skies dominate through Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Monday will bring highs around 76 degrees across much of the Ohio Valley, with calm winds and sunny conditions. Overnight lows will drop to the mid-40s, keeping clear skies in place. By Tuesday, temperatures will again reach the upper 70s, as warm air continues to flow in from the south.
This warm stretch will continue into midweek, with Wednesday seeing highs near 77 degrees under sunny skies. However, a cold front is expected to arrive late Wednesday into Thursday, bringing cooler air and temperatures falling to the low 60s by Thursday afternoon.
Residents throughout the Ohio Valley can enjoy this extended period of mild, fall weather before conditions cool down toward the end of the week.
