Philadelphia, PA – Philadelphia and the surrounding areas are in for a stretch of unseasonably warm and dry weather, with temperatures expected to approach record highs by Tuesday. Today, sunny skies will bring highs around 81 degrees, well above the seasonal average for late October.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Tuesday will be even warmer, with highs possibly reaching 82 degrees, putting some locations close to breaking records for this time of year. Philadelphia, Mount Holly, and surrounding areas will experience dry conditions with no rain expected through the next seven days, except for isolated showers in the Poconos on Wednesday night.

The NWS forecasts a continuation of the dry spell, which could result in some sites nearing their longest stretch without rain by the end of the month. After Tuesday, temperatures will gradually cool, with highs around 65 degrees by Thursday. However, the overall dry pattern will persist, making this an excellent week for outdoor activities.
