New Hampshire Man Found Dead After Vehicle Discovered in Connecticut River

Lancaster, NH – A death investigation is underway after authorities recovered the body of a missing man from a vehicle submerged in the Connecticut River on Saturday.

According to the New Hampshire State Police Marine Patrol, the vehicle was found along Route 135 around 9 a.m. on Saturday. Divers from the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department recovered the body of Stephen Paquette, 41, of Littleton, who had been reported missing on Friday.

The cause of death is under investigation, with an autopsy pending from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
