Existing customers can activate additional kits, with the kit limit temporarily increased to 20 per account for emergency groups. For ongoing users, Starlink offers credits through a support request.
After the 30-day period, users will be moved to a paid plan, though Starlink will notify customers before any changes. Only areas impacted by the hurricane are eligible for this offer. Starlink remains committed to supporting recovery efforts and will provide updates as needed.
