Tallahassee, FL — Rain chances will rise across northern Florida today as high temperatures remain in the low to mid-90s. The National Weather Service in Tallahassee issued an update early this morning indicating that rain chances will be slightly higher than those observed yesterday, particularly in the Panhandle region.

According to the National Weather Service, areas such as Tallahassee, Dothan, and surrounding regions can expect scattered showers with temperatures peaking around 94°F. The highest likelihood of rain is expected in counties further south, where temperatures could reach the upper 90s.

Heading into the weekend, the hot and humid conditions will persist. Friday and Saturday are forecasted to be sunny with highs again in the low to mid-90s. By Sunday, temperatures could climb even higher, reaching 95°F in some areas. However, rain chances remain low until Monday, when a 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms is anticipated.
