Valparaiso, IN – US 30 Eastbound Closed Due to Commercial Vehicle Crash at SR 49

Valparaiso, IN – Valparaiso Police are on scene at a major traffic accident involving a commercial vehicle at the junction of US HWY 30 and SR 49. 

According to Valparaiso police reports the crash early Wednesday just before 7am has led to the closure of eastbound US HWY 30, including the southbound ramp from SR 49 onto US HWY 30. Drivers are urged to avoid this area and use alternative routes such as LaPorte Ave. or Division Rd.
