Clearfield, PA – Pennsylvania State Police are continuing their investigation into the disappearance of Gerard “Jerry” Joseph Flango Jr., offering a $5,000 reward for information that helps solve the case.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Flango has not been seen since May 17-18, 2020, and investigators say he has had no known cell phone activity since May 19, 2020. Troopers have classified his disappearance as suspicious and continue to seek information from the public.
Authorities said Flango was last captured on surveillance video at the Family Dollar Store in the 100 block of Old Town Road in Clearfield on May 16, 2020, at approximately 6:20 p.m.
Police describe Flango as a White male who was 48 years old at the time of his disappearance. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs approximately 220 pounds, has blue eyes, brown hair, a beard or possible goatee, and tribal sleeve tattoos on both arms.
According to state police, Flango had several outstanding warrants at the time he disappeared and was known to use methamphetamine. Investigators also say he had ties to Ocean City, Maryland, as well as multiple communities throughout Virginia and Ohio.

Officials say the reward is available for information that leads to an arrest, the solving of a crime or cold case, or the location of a wanted person, fugitive, or missing person.
