Around Riverton and across central Wyoming, temperatures climb near 60°F with gusty winds reaching up to 40 mph. Showers remain spotty through the afternoon, but conditions begin shifting late as colder air pushes in from the west.

Drivers heading toward mountain passes, including routes near Togwotee Pass and across the Wind River Range, should prepare for reduced visibility and accumulating snow by late today into Friday. Roads may turn slushy, then icy as temperatures fall.
