Nashville, Tennessee – Rain gear will stay within arm’s reach across Middle Tennessee tonight as scattered showers move in with temperatures holding in the 40s and 50s, kicking off the first week of meteorological spring on a soggy note.

According to the National Weather Service in Nashville, rain chances range from 30% to 70% tonight and Monday, with lows between 42 and 53 degrees and highs Monday climbing into the upper 50s and near 70. The unsettled pattern continues through the week, bringing periodic shower chances nearly every day through Saturday.

By midweek, warmer air surges in. Tuesday’s highs reach 66 to 76 degrees under partly sunny skies, followed by 72 to 79 degrees Wednesday. Thursday and Friday push even warmer, with highs peaking between 74 and 81 degrees across Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Murfreesboro, Clarksville and Cookeville.

Stronger rain chances return late Thursday into Saturday, when probabilities rise as high as 60% to 80%. While severe weather is not currently highlighted, residents should monitor updates as warmer, moisture-rich air settles over the region.
