Hill was arrested in connection with the February 21 shooting death of 35-year-old Shaviz Adams. Authorities allege Adams was shot in the 1500 block of Florence Avenue shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies responded at 6:57 p.m. after receiving a 911 call reporting a person shot. Adams was transported to a medical facility, where he later died from his injuries. No other injuries were reported.
