Travelers should allow extra time on I-85, I-26, and Highway 29. Use low beams and increase following distance. Visibility can drop quickly near rivers and open fields.

Fog redevelops late tonight after 11 p.m., with lows near 47 degrees. Saturday brings a noticeable improvement. Morning fog gives way to gradual clearing and a high near 67 degrees.

Sunday delivers full spring vibes. Sunshine dominates with highs climbing to 75 degrees. Outdoor plans look ideal as March approaches.

Clouds return Sunday night. Monday cools to 54 degrees under mostly cloudy skies, with a 30 percent chance of rain developing late. No winter weather is expected, but damp roads may return early next week.
