Miami, Florida – South Florida is heading into a warm, humid weekend with pockets of dense fog and only limited rain chances, before a noticeable shift arrives early next week as cooler air pushes into the region.

According to the National Weather Service in Miami, temperatures through Saturday and Sunday will remain above average, with highs climbing into the upper 70s and 80s across much of the region. Low rain chances continue along the east coast, but fog may become an issue overnight and during the early morning hours, potentially reducing visibility for commuters and boaters.

Conditions begin to change Monday as the first in a series of cold fronts moves through South Florida. Winds are expected to increase, and temperatures will trend downward through midweek. Highs by Tuesday and Wednesday are forecast to fall into the 60s and low 70s in some areas, a noticeable change from the weekend warmth. Overnight lows will also dip, especially inland and across interior sections.

Boaters should monitor marine conditions closely as winds strengthen behind the front, and residents may want to plan for cooler mornings by midweek. Additional fronts could reinforce the cooler pattern through the week, keeping temperatures below seasonal averages. More updates and advisories may be issued as each front approaches.
