Clear skies and calm conditions will keep nights crisp, dipping into the upper 40s. The clear, dry air will continue to dominate midweek as high pressure settles firmly over the New River Valley.

By Friday, a slight cooldown will bring highs near 69°F before warming resumes Saturday, when temperatures rise back into the upper 70s. It’s an ideal stretch for outdoor recreation, from the Huckleberry Trail to Virginia Tech’s Homecoming events, with low humidity and bright skies all week.
