Twin Cities Forecast: Foggy Mornings, Sunshine Returns by Monday

St. Paul, MN – Cloudy skies and scattered showers are set to continue Saturday across the Twin Cities, with patchy fog possible into Sunday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters say Saturday will see highs between 68 and 73 degrees, with isolated afternoon and evening showers. Sunday will bring similar conditions, with morning fog in some areas, temperatures between 70 and 76 degrees, and overnight lows in the mid-50s to near 60.

According to the National Weather Service, the foggy mornings could impact early travel and commuting, especially in low-lying areas. Drivers are urged to use caution during reduced visibility periods.

Conditions are expected to improve Monday, with mostly sunny skies and highs between 74 and 78 degrees. Overnight lows will dip into the low to mid-50s. By Tuesday, sunshine and mild weather continue, with highs forecast in the low to mid-70s.

The National Weather Service notes that the second half of the week will remain mild, with sunshine likely dominating after the weekend showers and fog lift.
