The sheriff’s office said the investigation began in April 2025 after multiple complaints were filed. The Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET) and VICE units assisted in the case, which reportedly uncovered at least two victims who suffered harm as a result of the unlicensed procedures.
Authorities said King was arrested on two active felony warrants for practicing medicine without a license. Her bond was set at $25,000 for each charge.
