EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. – Thunderstorms are expected to roll through East Grand Forks Sunday afternoon, bringing heavy rain and possible lightning before conditions clear by Monday. Rainfall totals could reach a quarter to half an inch, with isolated higher amounts where storms linger.
