Boise, Idaho – Sunshine and heat will grip Boise through the weekend, with Wednesday’s 92°F high signaling the start of a prolonged warm stretch expected to peak at 95°F by Monday. Dry conditions and light winds will offer little relief as the region transitions into a hotter pattern next week.

According to the National Weather Service in Boise, calm winds early Wednesday will shift to light northwest breezes by afternoon, with temperatures steadily rising into the low 90s. Nights remain relatively mild, with lows hovering near 60°F.

Wednesday: Sunny and hot, high near 92°F. Light northwest wind by afternoon.
Thursday: Slight dip in highs to 86°F under sunny skies. Winds pick up slightly, gusting to 23 mph.
Friday: Mostly clear and stable with a high near 82°F.
Saturday: Back on the rise—sunny with a high of 87°F.
Sunday–Monday: Temps jump again. Sunday reaches 91°F, and Monday could hit 95°F with no rain in sight.

Residents should hydrate frequently, limit midday outdoor activity, and ensure pets and vulnerable individuals stay cool. With continued sunshine and no precipitation expected, fire danger and water use will be top concerns heading into next week.

More updates are expected if advisories or heat warnings are issued later this week.
