Metro Grand Rapids residents should limit strenuous outdoor activity, stay hydrated, and avoid leaving pets or children in vehicles. While M-6 and U.S. 131 won’t be impacted by precipitation, heat could affect pavement conditions and increase tire blowout risk on longer drives during holiday travel.
