According to the National Weather Service, a chance of showers develops Tuesday night, mainly after 11 p.m. The probability of precipitation is 40%, potentially impacting overnight travel. Wednesday brings a continued chance of showers and thunderstorms, especially between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., with a high temperature reaching near 81 degrees.
The pattern shifts significantly for the Juneteenth holiday on Thursday. Skies are expected to become mostly sunny, with temperatures soaring to a high near 89 degrees, creating excellent conditions for any outdoor plans. The pleasant weather is set to continue into the start of the weekend.
Looking at the five-day forecast, Friday will be partly sunny with a high near 82. The weekend looks bright, with sunny skies and a high of 82 on Saturday, followed by mostly sunny conditions and a high near 86 on Sunday. No active weather alerts are in effect beyond the midweek rain chances.
