Maryland, Pennsylvania Authorities Arrest Two Men, Seize Drugs and Firearms in Multi-State Operation

Cecil County, MD – Maryland State Police arrested two men and seized multiple firearms, illegal drugs, and related items after an extensive investigation into a drug trafficking operation spanning Cecil County, Maryland, and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

During the investigation, which involved collaboration with Pennsylvania State Police, authorities identified Alishawaine Monk and Ronald Dugger as key individuals allegedly involved in the operation. On April 17th, state troopers executed search warrants at their residences and storage units connected to the drug ring. The raids resulted in the discovery of significant quantities of illegal drugs and firearms.

The items seized included:

  • 10 firearms, including a Bushmaster AR15 rifle that had been reported stolen from Hagerstown, MD.
  • 810 grams of cocaine.
  • 307 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
  • Drug packaging materials, a digital scale, and a vacuum sealer.
  • Multiple magazines, firearm accessories, and ammunition.

The arrests and seizure of these items mark the culmination of months of investigation. The two men remain in custody, and law enforcement continues to probe the extent of their involvement in regional drug trafficking activities.
