Naperville residents are gearing up for a unique twist on the traditional Easter egg hunt with the Naperville Park District’s Flashlight Egg Hunt on Thursday, April 17. The event, which invites participants to grab a flashlight and search for candy-filled and prize-filled eggs under the evening sky, will take place at Knoch Knolls Park in the Lower Picnic Grove.
The event will be held in two sessions: one from 7:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. and another from 8:40 p.m. to 9:10 p.m. The hunt is open to children and families looking to add some extra excitement to their holiday celebrations.
According to the Naperville Park District, the Flashlight Egg Hunt provides a fun and engaging way for kids to enjoy the seasonal tradition in a unique nighttime setting. Participants must bring their own flashlights, which will be used to search for the brightly colored eggs scattered around the park.
To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to participate, those interested in attending are encouraged to register in advance. More information and registration details can be found on the Naperville Park District’s website.
This egg hunt is part of the district’s spring events, which aim to bring the community together for fun outdoor activities and foster a sense of connection among families in Naperville.
For those interested in attending, registration is available through the official Naperville Park District website at bit.ly/NPDegghuntP.
